For six years Enon Music Group (EMG) has been making its mark in Christian music and is one of the fastest growing independent labels in Gospel. Established by Reverend Dr. Alyn E. Waller, Senior Pastor of Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church, and under the daily leadership of label Vice President Garland “Miche” Waller, EMG has developed, produced, and released music from award-winning artists, choirs, and musicians. EMG has kept an impressive presence on Gospel radio all year with hits that can now be experienced in the second installment of EMG’s 10 Greatest Hits.
Dr. Alyn E. Waller Presents EMG 2021: 10 GREATEST HITS is a compilation of the label’s most popular radio and streamed songs of the year. The special project showcases EMG’s roster of artists, including dynamic choirs, powerful soloists, and Stellar Award-nominated groups who have topped the Billboard radio and sales charts.
“This year has been amazing for Enon Music Group,” says Dr. Garland “Miche” Waller, Vice President of Enon Music Group. “The well overflows with incredible music that is undeniably Gospel and connectively soulful. Through the auspices of EMG 2021, we can give listeners a showcase of the artistry that represents Enon Music Group.”
Dr. Alyn E. Waller Presents EMG 2021: 10 GREATEST HITS includes powerhouse vocalist San Franklin and her single “I Choose Free”, and Jemila Richardson’s “He Will Supply”. The choirs that are represented on this collection are The Kergyma Community Choir with “I Do, Dont You”, and Stellar nominated choir Zak Williams & 1AKORD’s current radio single “Jehovah Jireh”.
“Keeper” by De’Leon Carr is an exceptional single also on the compilation. This soul-stirring song features the incredible voice of the late Duranice Pace. Her duet with De’Leon was her last studio recording.
“While we were recording that day, we sang our part together, and then I asked her to give her testimony (the reprise),” says De’Leon. “She told us how God had been a keeper and the atmosphere in the studio completely changed. From the singers to the session engineers, there was no dry eye in the studio.”
De’Leon continues, “Even though God decided to heal her on the other side, she left us like she often left many around the world, with a testimony of encouragement and a reminder that GOD is a KEEPER.”
Another great collaboration included on the compilation is Anthony Ponder & Ministry’s Desire with singer Lena Byrd Miles. Stephen Robinson, The Steward Brothers, Jason Hendrickson, and Hip Hop group We Are The Saints! hit singles are also on this great compilation.
