Talented actress Taraji P. Henson has recently become a victim of identity theft.
A Chicago woman has allegedly used Henson’s identity to acquire over $4000 in purchases, according to Henson’s manager. The purchases were shipped to two homes in Chicago last August. The 29 year-old woman used identities from six people, and is now being accused of up to $12,000 in charges according to Complex Magazine.
The Chicago woman was suspected of theft, when a postal worker became concerned and refused to deliver packages to the suspect’s home.
Henson is known for her role on Fox network’s show Empire, and her numerous Hollywood roles in films such as The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, I Can Do By All By Myself, Hidden Figures, What Men Want and many more.
